Water Tutorial Course £50.00
A Good Value and very informative course, which highlighted to us the dangers if we did not maintain good quality water in our Hot tub. The course was not rushed and all our questions and more were answered; we were told that Clare was only a phone call or e-mail away if we were still unsure about anything and needed further advice.
As for the content, there was a fair bit to take in; however, this did cover all aspects of maintaining our Hot tub to PEAK HEALTH. It was not rushed and taken at our pace, and we had ample time to have our questions answered fully. Notes were given to us for looking back on, and these proved very helpful.
To summarise, it was well worth investing in this short course. it was good Value for money, very informative and highlighted to us the dangers associated with poor hot tub water quality and when to use the chemicals and to solve any problems that may arise.

I am writing to thank you for the spa is the best large amount of money we have spent, we have had the spa over a year and still go in it 3 - 4 times a week. It is great for Family & friends to get together where we can relax and have a chat instead of being sat in front of the TV. It is also good for parties when the sun goes down and the lights are flashing and the music is turned up loud with a nice glass of bubbly to top it off! The best time is when its cold and snowing, I know everyone thinks we are mad but once they have been in the spa they have changed their minds and they ring us up all the time, all we say is bring a Bottle or two. There is only one down side and that is how many towels we seem to get through.

It has been almost a year since our spa arrived and we have enjoyed every minute. It is a warm Haven in the dark cold months, i am sure some people think we are mad, but what an experience. As the summer fast approaches, the dashes across the decking will slow down as the warm weather (we hope) decends upon us. The spa is easy to maintain, thanks to the excellent Water tutorial and the Advice is always at the end of the telephone.

My wife, children and i have had our spa for over two years, this letter is to express our Thanks to you all in a Job well done. In our case there was an issue with the spa going over the house into the back garden, this was overcome by hiring a 50 tonne crane for the job.
All aspects of this were covered by Clare and i must say the whole thing went smoothly, the cusotmer care we have recieved since purchasing out Hot tub has in our mind been to a very high Standard. with all issues followed and resolved. Keep up the good work.

We bought the spa in February 2006 and it was the best investment we made this year into our life. We both work in stressful jobs and we both knew at the end of the day we can go into our Spa and relax and wash away all the problems we had during the day. Dear Clare, We bought our first tub in August 2005, since then we have never looked back, we have had some really good times. We found that instead of watching the television we go in the tub and talk and that was all the family! Even if we have been out and not come back to the early hours of the morning we have gone up the garden and got in it, and what a lovely way to end a night out. We have had some brilliant parties as well with our Friends, Family and neighbours.

I thought it was time i updated you on our spa experience and thank you for providing an excellent product and service. We have owned our spa nearly three years and it has been great fun. Both y husband and i have busy careers and often are away from home, we have found it a great way to meet up in the spa bath on a Friday night with a glass of wine and discuss what we have done during the week and our pland for the future. it beats plonking ourselves in front of the TV anyday! Our two teenage sons love to invite their friends round for a soak and have a laugh, they have renaed the spa the pimping pot, however, they wont accept that the spa is the real babe agnet and not them. I often invite girlfriends from work for a Girls night in and have a take away and a glass of wine and a soak in the spa perfect.
I am so pleased we decided to invest in one and i know people have bought others and they have had constant problems with them and they are expensive to run, which has not been the case for us. With expert advise and how to treat the water, and look after the spa, its really easy. You gave us expert attention and the service we decided to have the spa Cleaned and Stained was a real pleasure dealing with you. In Fact we love our spa so much we want another one, we ahve recently renovated an old barn as a holiday cottage and feel that the old spa would be a great letting point for potential holiday makers so we are moving it to next door. We cant live without it so we are buying another one!
