Prices & SupplyAll prices are quotes Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated, due to our suppliers changing prices periodically, we reserve the right to change our advertised price of the description given without notice.
The Price you pay for your goods is the price advertised when you place your order.
If the product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly prices or otherwise incorrect we shall not be obliged to sell you that product.
All orders for products are subject to availability and Xtreme Relaxation reserves the right to refuse to a person or company for whatever reason.
We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient. We appreciate some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online, for this reason you can order by Fax request on 0114 2853389, or telephone 0114 2330737 or e-mail us and we will call you. Then you can place the order and all these types of orders are subject to these terms and conditions and will be treated as if they were placed on the web.
Xtreme Relaxation Returns policyPlease inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If goods delivered are faulty or incorrect you must advise us as soon as possible, and you will have to return the product/s within seven days from the date of delivery.
If you notify us with a problem with your delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss in profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by the way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury from our negligence.
If you change your mind about your order we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
- You contact us in writing within 7 working days starting with the day after the delivery date.
- The item(s) are returned in the original, undamaged packaging with all the pieces of the original items in tact.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in appropriate protective packs due to any inappropriate packaging it will not be possible to process your refund.
Please ensure your Hot tub filters fit your tub before unwrapping or using them in the spa as we cannot exchange or refund these items once used or dirty.
If you purchase chemicals you can only exchange or refund the item(s) if the item has not been opened or used.
Contact us in writing , by letter or e-mail before you return any items to us.
Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced free of charge and the cost for delivering the item back to you will be waived on this occasion.
If the goods are not faulty then you will be responsible for the freight to return the item back to us.
If you wish to return chemical item, if you use Royal mail you must obtain proof of posting since we will need to see it if the goods do not arrive back to us.
Once your goods have been received we will contact you by telephone to obtain your card details so they can be processed we do not recommend that you send card details through e-mail).
Do not install the hot tub, Sauna or gazebo unless you are completely satisfied, as once the item has been unwrapped we cannot accept the item back or once the item has been fitted and installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods the supply is taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods not with standing that there condition of the goods or that they fail to correspond with their specification and the buyer in this instance does not have the right to make a claim against the company. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability purpose to which they are put. You will be asked or a representative of yours will be asked on the day to sign to confirm you have received the spa, hot tub, Swim spa, Gazebo in good condition. As in all instances there has to be someone at the property to sign for the goods of this Value.
WarrantiesFor all non-consumable items, we will supply you with goods that are free of defects in materials for a minimum of 6 months from the date of delivery.
For the Manufacturers warranty details of all hot tubs, sauna and swim spa and fitness pools please refer to the specific details on the website and supplied with this product. All Warranties are vested with the equipment manual fault, all this information is found on your sales invoice, or the brochure.
For all Hot tubs, Swim spas and Sauna products if you fail to supply the recommended power supply or use a qualified electrician to certify the work this could void the Manufacturers warranty.
Please do not attempt to ever fix a hot tub, Swim spa or fitness pool yourself or ask a plumber or mate etc to do so; again this will void the Manufacturers warranty.
For all ex display/ demo hot tubs and sauna products Xtreme Relations will confirm on the sales invoice the Warranty available on this product and from the date of purchase from your sales invoice.
All Warranties start from the date of purchase. (the date on the sales invoice).
