Some nearly six years ago we set out to buy our very own Hot tub, not really knowing why we were purchasing it, except great fun in the garden with the Family and Friends, we knew a little about the Health Benefits and knew nothing about the Hot tub and Fitness pool Market.
In order to get the most out of the experience we shopped the market for a whole year, looking on the internet is the first avenue, then requesting brochures to see what companies have to offer, then going to the Warehouses, Garden Centres and Retail stores and peoples homes, seeing what this massive market has to offer. With so much choice and many different explanations why one Hot tub is better than an other, or why a company had more to offer.
So we had to decide where to place the Hot tub in the garden, what Base, Electrics, then decide on budget. With all the Hot tub companies and Manufactures offering information it was so difficult to know what to do. So on our quest we decided as a Family to open a Large Family Retail store, some say today one of the Biggest, being an Old Mercedes Benz Garage in the Heart of Yorkshire City. This was one of the most scariest decision ever made. Having little or no Knowledge we picked the brand we were going to buy ourselves and also sell and supply, fix and maintain and Repair.
Five years on, and what do we know now, there is no rules to this market apart from knowing your market, why spas are made differently, and what makes you believe in the car you drive or the technological device you buy. Many occasions it comes from advice from Friends or Family. Referrals is one of the biggest sources today into why we would buy a Hot tub from a particular region or source. Our advice is even now, shop around then you will feel confident when making your choice on whom and why you bought in the first place in years to come.
So after running a Large two store operation covering the whole of Yorkshire, i made a brave step to go it alone, and open a Wellness Centre, a unique and different approach to retailing, setting out the display, and giving people the time and dedication to a market i have come to love for the health reasons alone.

Once you have made this decision you will normally know how much to spend. Hot tubs range from £350.00 to £30,000.

For the last three years we independently offer Chemical Tuition to anyone that has bought a spa that still have no clue what they are doing, because they were told to just put chlorine tabs in.
So if you have space for a Shed you have space for a Hot tub, and deciding on size is difficult alone, so there are lots of discussions that will take place to decide what size and seating configuration would suit your Family best. You may say “why do you charge when others do it for Free” Well Quite simply you are paying for our Experience of Fitting and installing many a hot tub over the last five years, and to project manage a job even to this size can create complications, from the spa not fitting down the side of the property. Base not being level or correct, Electrics, mate did it and you have no recompense if things went wrong with the Electrics, Hot tub or even your Home. Then when the spa arrives, how do i work it, and how to manage the Chemicals, the best thing is that once we have done the site survey the cost is then deducted from the price list and Tariff of charges of Delivery services we have to offer. It is your commitment to us, for dedicating our Valuable and knowledgable time to you.
Health & Safety is just as important at home as any where else, so when deciding on your Hot tub and where to place it, think about whom is going to use it, to the slightly infirm, disabled, or children all need to be considered when deciding on placing, bases, and types of Barriers or Handles you may need.
What constitutes Good service?
As you will want to enjoy your Hot tub for years to come, you need to know what is expected from ourselves or any other dealer as part of the After sales service. We believe we should take the time to communicate with you fully and on as many occasions as possible to ensure you feel satisfied with the information given to the questions you have asked.
We ask you to bring a list of questions and even photos of Access, garden layout and ideas, which all assist when making that important decision.

We believe in building relationships for the future, where even today after deciding to close a Retail operation to doing it from home for Family reasons, existing customers still phone or visit to purchase chemicals and periferalls for their spa, so maybe you will meet one or two and you can ask them yourself.
We promise to give you our terms of Business and contract in order to fulfil our obligation as everything agreed must be in writing. So there are no hidden charges.
As discussed we want you to choose what level of service you would like us to provide and a full explanation given.
Once you have bought the spa, we will then occasionally but without pesture call or e-mail or drop a line in the post to see how you are, if you are having trouble maintaining the Chemicals, how the spa is operating and how you are adjusting to your new Way of Life, or quite simply to provide a Relationship for Years to come.
We will not give you a false promise when you will expect to receive your product as we will never give an exact date, as from past experience when Relying on Manufacturing, Shipping, Transport and Distribution these are all items that we have no control over, what you will be assured is that we will keep in contact with you every step of the way, with regular updates via, telephone, e-mail or post to confirm what is indeed happening and when we can expect the product to arrive, as many are made to your specification or when you place an order, so Delivery times can be between 2 weeks to 16 weeks on some occasions. It is best not to plan Parties or Events so that you let your guests down, and again we are not letting you down.
We will provide you with a clean well maintained area to try the products we sell and endorse. As Independent retailers careful consideration is given when choosing which brands to market. We will have no issue with explaining our terms of business and the reasons for offering Business in this fashion, we believe know exactly what you are buying and why.
